Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client:

• Clients may cancel their service requests by contacting us at info@ibisinfra.com or +91-6386901879.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service request will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after 24 hours but before 7 days of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by IBIS Group:

• IBIS Group reserves the right to cancel any service request due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
• In the event of a cancellation by IBIS Group, clients will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds will only be considered for services that have not been rendered or completed.
• To request a refund, clients must contact us within 30 days of the initial service request date.

Processing Refunds:

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ibisinfra.com, including the reason for the refund request and relevant service details.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
• Approved refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Fees for services that have already been rendered or partially completed are non-refundable.
• Administrative fees, processing fees, and any other non-service-related fees are non-refundable.
