This End User Licensing Agreement is a legal agreement between you User and IBIS Group Company governing your use of our services, software, and products. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, IBIS Group grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our Services for personal or business purposes in the real estate industry.

Restrictions

You agree not to: Copy, modify, or distribute the Services.

• Reverse engineer, decompiler, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national law.
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Services to any third party.
• Use the Services to create any product or service that competes with the Services.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of IBIS Group. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

Updates and Modifications

IBIS Group may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Services. You agree that these Updates will be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise provided in a separate agreement. IBIS Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Services and deleting all copies of the Services in your possession. IBIS Group may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete all copies of the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. IBIS Group does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBIS Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IBIS Group is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
